Role Description – Central Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Central Sales Manager. The role demands an aggressive and proactive approach to sales, with responsibility for driving occupancy and revenue across all Joey's Hostel locations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and execute daily sales activities across multiple cities.


• Identify and aggressively pursue new sales channels, partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.


• Lead outreach campaigns targeting travel agencies, corporates, universities, and event organizers.


• Train and guide property-level teams in sales conversion and upselling.


• Develop and implement strategies to consistently exceed occupancy and revenue targets.


• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Must-Have Skill: Relentless sales drive with the ability to outreach across all possible avenues—from digital campaigns and travel platforms to direct partnerships—to accelerate revenue growth across multiple locations.

Preferred Profile


• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.


• Strong network with travel agencies, corporates, universities, and event partners.


• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets.


• Experience managing sales across multi-city operations or chain properties.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self-starter with the ability to think strategically and act fast in competitive markets.
