Job Summary:

The E-commerce Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and fulfilling online orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and the company website.
  • Prepare and print invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate with courier/delivery partners for pickups and track shipments.
  • Maintain stock records and assist in inventory management.
  • Update product listings, prices, and descriptions across platforms.
  • Handle basic customer service tasks — respond to emails, calls, and chats regarding orders, returns, and queries.
  • Assist in maintaining office documentation and daily reporting.
  • Support the marketing and content team with product uploads and data entry.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and coordination between departments.
  • Create reels and short videos for Instagram and other social media platforms to promote products and engage with the audience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an office assistant or e-commerce support role (Freshers can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet browsing.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle routine tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of product photography or listing tools (optional)
  • Spoken and written proficiency in [language — e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]
