**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, providing suggestions for improvements.
- Help in maintaining product inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels online.
- Participate in the development of online promotions and sales strategies.
- Track and analyze website traffic and sales data using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Help resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the E-commerce team.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
