**E-commerce Accountant / E-commerce Finance Executive.**

**Location**: Sector-58, Noida
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: 3 - 5 Years

The company is looking for a **skilled and experienced E-commerce Accountant** to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting related to **online sales across major e-commerce platforms** like **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
- Reconcile online sales, returns, and payment settlements from different portals.
- Handle marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, and chargeback entries accurately.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (or other accounting software).
- Prepare GST reports, e-commerce sales reports, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace representatives for payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with taxation norms, invoicing, and monthly account closing.
- Assist management in analyzing profitability and sales trends from each platform.
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of accounting experience** in an **E-commerce company or online retail environment**.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books**.
- Must have worked with **Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub**, and other e-commerce dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, formulas, and pivot reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
