**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Upload and update product data, images, and descriptions on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, and company websites.
- **Order & Inventory Management**: Track and manage orders, fulfillment, returns, and ensure stock availability across channels.
- **Promotion and Campaign Support**: Coordinate ad campaigns, deals, coupons, and update content for online promotions and launches.
- **Data Entry & Reconciliation**: Maintain accurate records of sales/returns, reconcile accounts, and process payments on all portals.
- **Market Analysis & Research**: Monitor sales performance, marketplace trends, and conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing research.
- **SEO & Content Management**: Write and optimize product descriptions; support blogging activities to boost product/category rankings; contribute to website and social content.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Generate sales, traffic, and campaign performance reports; suggest improvements for sales and operations.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and marketplace representatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years’ experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Magento, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and ad campaign platforms
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills
- Good typing speed and excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset for reporting and insights

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
