the **Position description**

**Specific Responsibility will include**:

- Oversee and manage daily ecommerce operations to ensure seamless functioning.
- Prepare and maintain ecommerce MIS reports on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyse data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
- Handle website asset management, updating and maintaining website content.
- Work on the website backend to ensure all functionalities are operating as expected.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in various day-to-day ecommerce tasks as required.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce strategies and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in preparing detailed MIS reports.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and backend management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and website assets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce management tools (e.g., Seller Central, Flipkart etc.)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
