- Conduct in-depth product demos (both online and onsite) tailored to the specific needs of prospects.
- Showcase the ERP system's features and benefits in a way that aligns with the client's business processes.
- Understand client pain points and present the solution in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, processes, and goals.
- Map the client's needs to the functionalities of the ERP system and propose relevant solutions.
- Provide insights into how the ERP can optimize client operations and improve efficiencies.
- Offer guidance on pricing models and provide input for creating tailored proposals.
- Answer technical questions from prospects and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ERP system's capabilities.
- Liaise with the technical team to provide accurate and feasible solutions for complex requirements.
- Assist in customizing demonstrations or offering proof-of-concept configurations as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and trust-building.
- Provide pre-sales support and guidance throughout the client engagement process.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand the client's pain points and tailor presentations and demos accordingly.
- Occasionally provide internal training sessions to the sales team on new features or updates to the ERP system.
