About the Company

Times Audio is setting up a new high-end audio-video store in Bangalore. We are in the process of establishing operations and building a local presence.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Bangalore-based Operations Assistant to support the setup of our new office and store. This role involves on-ground coordination, vendor interaction, and administrative support during the establishment phase. Initial work will be remote (work from home) until office space is finalized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, shortlist, and coordinate visits for suitable office spaces in Bangalore.
  • Liaise with landlords, property agents, and service providers.
  • Provide updates with photos/videos and maintain property comparison reports.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff.
  • Manage basic administrative functions, including housekeeping and office support staff.
  • Act as a local point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Provide inputs on local market practices and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Based in Bangalore with good knowledge of the city.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to travel within Bangalore for site visits and errands.
  • Organized, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210, ₹300,000.00 per year
