Role Description:
The Operations Assistant / Operations Coordinator supports daily business operations by ensuring that workflows, processes, and administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. The role works closely with the operations team and cross-functional departments to coordinate activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities include assisting with operational planning, preparing reports, monitoring workflow progress, and updating tracking systems or databases. The role helps coordinate schedules, follow up on pending tasks, manage operational documentation, and ensure that internal procedures are followed. Additional duties may involve supporting vendor communication, processing operational requests, monitoring inventory or resources, and helping identify areas for process optimization.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Assistant / Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and alignment across teams, contributing to smooth overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration

, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office

, especially Excel and Sheets. - Familiarity with operational tools or systems such as ERP, CRM, or workflow management software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare operational reports.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify inefficiencies in processes.
