Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Operations supports the Manager in the execution of wellness events, including remote coordination of offline activities across multiple cities, vendor liaison, and real-time event oversight. The role bridges communication between clients, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate wellness programs (online/offline), including logistics and vendor management.
  • Support the execution of offline events at client sites through remote management.
  • Assist in the rollout of multi-city events, ensuring timelines, checklists, and SOPs are followed.
  • Conduct pre-event vendor checks and dry runs to ensure readiness.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Source and evaluate local vendors for wellness & events in different cities.
  • Coordinate documentation, payments, and performance feedback.
  • Track service delivery and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Client & Internal Communication
  • Act as point of contact for session scheduling and on-ground execution.
  • Escalate issues to Manager with recommended solutions.
  • Ensure timely updates to the CM team.
  • Process Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate trackers for sessions, costs, vendors, and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing reports on event success and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in onsite health camps, Annual health checks, events, vendor management, or operations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, connects with hospitals & other .
  • Tech savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing logistics remotely across different cities.
