Job Title: Assistant Trade Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute trade settlement activities for Equity and Derivatives segments (NSE & BSE)
  • Handle billing and reconciliation processes related to client and proprietary trades.
  • Manage margin reporting — including Peak Margin, Intraday Margin, and EOD Margin —preferably with ICCL Clearing Corporation.
  • Oversee MTF (Margin Trading Facility) processes, including margin reconciliation and MTR reporting to the exchange.
  • Manage RTRMS allocation and related margin workflows for ICCL.
  • Track and account for exchange expenses and ensure timely submission of the latest reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and compliance with exchange regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification
  • NISM-Series-VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management Certification
  • Experience with TECH EXCEL software will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of clearing corporation processes, especially ICCL.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in trade settlement or post-trade operations within a broking or financial services firm.
