About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. The role involves end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations while supporting organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage sourcing, screening, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll using HRMS/Payroll software.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage tax declarations and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and shift schedules.
- Handle joining formalities, Letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes, including full & final settlements.
- Coordinate background verification for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address day-to-day employee queries and grievances.
- Support in engagement activities, employee welfare programs, and communication.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll systems.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
