Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist based in Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. The role also includes tasks like handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting the recruitment process. The individual will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in risk mitigation or background screening industries is a plus
