A Store Manager at a jewellery showroom in Lucknow is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, sales, customer service, inventory control, and store presentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and retail team, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and order new products as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and encourage repeat business.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff, conduct interviews, and offer performance feedback.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for senior management.
- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Promote special offers and handle approval for discounts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales leadership experience, especially in Jewellery.
- Strong market and consumer trend awareness specific to Jewellery.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Proficiency in CRM, POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
