Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and retail team, ensuring smooth functioning.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and order new products as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and encourage repeat business.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff, conduct interviews, and offer performance feedback.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports for senior management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Promote special offers and handle approval for discounts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales leadership experience, especially in Jewellery.
  • Strong market and consumer trend awareness specific to Jewellery.
  • Proven track record in sales and team management.
  • Proficiency in CRM, POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
