JOB TITLE: Executive / Snr Executive Inside sales
JOB LOCATION: Bangalore
Experience: 3 Year to 5 Years

Good communication skills, confidence level and Good convincing skill Flexible to travel and work timings
Male candidates are preferable
Roles and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
- · Generate new business leads through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential customers
- · Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- · Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales pitches to customers
- · Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations and commercial teams.
- · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer based through the leads provided.
- · Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- · Analyse sales data and the quality of the sales calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- · Mentor and train junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge
