**Job Description: Academic Officer (Inside Sales) - Bengaluru**

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring motivated and results-driven **Academic Officers (Inside Sales)** for our Bengaluru location. The role involves promoting and selling UG/PG online courses to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the academic needs and career goals of students to recommend the best-suited programs.
- Effectively convert leads into enrollments by building strong rapport and addressing queries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and ensure a seamless student experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales or a related field.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with fluency in Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Bengaluru
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (in-hand) + PF + Incentives
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Work Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
