About the Company:Fixderma India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading name in dermatology and skincare solutions, offering a wide portfolio of innovative and dermatologically tested products. The OTC division focuses on preventive skincare and wellness products available through chemists and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory through effective execution of product strategies.
  • Retail Chemist Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and key retail outlets across Mumbai. Ensure proper product placement and availability at the point of sale.
  • Team Handling: Manage and motivate a team of Sr. TSO/TSOs to ensure they achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and expansion routes within Mumbai, especially Tier 2 & 3 cities.
  • Distributor Management: Appoint and manage distributors with an effective supply chain mechanism to ensure product availability across the region.
  • Promotional Activities: Execute trade promotions, sampling, schemes, and consumer awareness programs to drive secondary sales.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and activities, and update the management with strategic inputs.
  • Reporting & MIS: Regularly update sales data, field activities, and market intelligence using company CRM or MIS tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
  • 6-10 years in Beauty Cosmetics, with minimum 4 years in Mumbai territory handling BA & chemist channel.
  • Industry Preference: Cosmetics, Personal Care
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.
