Sales And Service Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both generating sales and providing after-sales service and technical support for our products and solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer service and sales ability, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, and lead follow-ups.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Service Responsibilities:Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and care.
  • Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain service documentation and logs for each client visit or issue resolved.
  • Coordinate with the technical and product teams for complex support cases or product improvements.
