Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Service, located in Mumbai. The Sales and Service professional will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and offering training to clients. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their sealing needs, proposing appropriate solutions, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in training clients on product usage and benefits
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
