Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asst Sales Manager to join our team at Royal Kingdom By Sarovar Portico. This is a full-time senior position based in Lucknow or Bareilly. The ideal candidate will bring between 7 to 10 years of professional sales experience, employing strategies to drive our hospitality services to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software, ensuring efficient management of customer relationships and data.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, facilitating streamlined marketing efforts and sales alignment.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to gain insights and inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Expertise in lead generation to increase clientele and drive sales growth.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms to engage clients and teams remotely.
  • Advanced skills in salesforce (Mandatory skill) for efficient sales tracking and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in digital marketing (Mandatory skill) to enhance brand presence and sales conversion rates.
  • Experience using sales forecasting tools (Mandatory skill) to predict and strategize according to sales trends.

  • Organize and conduct virtual meetings and presentations to engage stakeholders and potential clients effectively.
