Job Description
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets for our online education courses. This is a performance-driven, commission based opportunity with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Drive sales to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target oriented mindset
- Prior sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
Compensation
- Commission-based structure
- Incentives linked to performance and targets
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 12 per week
