  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Bellway Realtech's projects.
  • Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and close high-value deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation during all interactions.
  • Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle a team and maintain discipline and motivation.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
  • Knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
