- Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads through digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive project success.
- Requirements:Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar leadership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Good knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is preferred.
