  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new leads through digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive project success.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
  • Good knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is preferred.
