We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Trainer who can upskill our sales team and drive performance to the next level.

  • Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs tailored for real estate professionals.
  • Train sales executives on lead conversion, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct regular workshops, role-plays, and mock presentations to enhance confidence and communication.
  • Mentor and coach new hires during their onboarding process to make them sales-ready quickly.
  • Monitor individual and team performance; provide feedback and training interventions when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, market practices, and RERA regulations.
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and sales scripts to improve consistency and professionalism.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and HR to identify training needs and design programs accordingly.
  • Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, buyer psychology, and market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM, and online lead conversion.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
