The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions for real estate professionals, focusing on skill development, market knowledge, property-related processes , training on in depth realty marketing insights , NCR Mapping Training and detailed personality development modules training. Tasks include preparing training materials, delivering workshops, mentoring team members, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Trainer will play a key role in fostering a knowledgeable and competent workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.Qualifications- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and regulatory frameworks specifically in NCR region ( Noida , Gurgaon ) - Training, coaching, and mentoring skills to effectively develop team capabilities - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to create structured training programs and evaluate training outcomes - Experience in project management or team leadership within the real estate sector is advantageous - Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and reporting is a plus - Creating Review reports of team and subordinates - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Education, or a related field - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
