  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and headhunting.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for different departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Draft and post job descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fitment.
  • Handle offer negotiations, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
  • Support HR activities like induction, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment (real estate hiring will be an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and social media hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and people-centric approach.
