Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring the best hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of sourcing techniques, and experience in handling multiple recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with stakeholders.

Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Maintain compliance with organizational hiring policies and labor laws.

Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future requirements.
