Position: HR Intern / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within our international call center.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential hires.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
