Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within our international call center.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential hires.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or strong interest in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
