Role OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals across departments — from production and service technicians to sales executives, engineers, and managers. The role requires hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a result-driven approach.

  • Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HiringUnderstand manpower requirements from department heads (Sales, Production, Service, R&D, etc.)
  • Draft and post job openings across portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Source candidates through online platforms, internal references, and local networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer letter and joining formalities.
  • Maintain a hiring tracker and weekly recruitment reports.
  • Workforce PlanningCoordinate with management to forecast short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Maintain an updated manpower budget and ensure positions are filled on time.
  • Onboarding & InductionHandle offer letters, background checks, and joining documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
  • Employer BrandingSupport HR and Marketing in creating job ads, social posts, and content to attract top talent.
  • Represent MoonAir professionally in job fairs, institutes, and hiring events.
  • Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with accounts for payroll initiation of new hires.
  • Maintain all recruitment records for audit and compliance.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing, consumer durables, or sales background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Excel, HR software/ATS, and job portals.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle volume hiring.
