Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our IT services directly to small business owners in the local market. This includes services such as website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions. Your role will involve conducting door-to-door visits, presenting IT services to potential clients, identifying their needs, and achieving monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will also be crucial for ensuring repeat business and referrals. You will report your daily activities and sales progress to the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door visits to approach and engage small business owners. - Present and explain IT services (website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, etc.) in a simple and convincing manner. - Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. - Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Report daily activities and sales progress to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales (field sales/door-to-door preferred). - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided). - Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Please note that the salary for this position is between 40,000 to 45,000 per month with performance-based incentives. Additionally, you will receive training and ongoing support, along with growth opportunities within the organization.,
