Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
IT Sales Executive
to drive revenue growth through
lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales processes
. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through
    cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools
    .
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify potential clients, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Schedule
    meetings and appointments
    with prospective clients and coordinate demos or presentations with the technical team.
  • Deliver compelling
    sales pitches and product presentations
    to showcase the company's services and solutions.
  • Manage the
    entire sales cycle
    – from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Update CRM with all interactions, leads, opportunities, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to refine strategies and improve client engagement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in IT sales, B2B sales, software solutions sales, or a related role. (Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Proven track record of
    cold calling, lead generation, and meeting sales targets
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation offerings.
  • Ability to
    work independently and as part of a team
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with
    CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
    is a plus.
