Job Purpose

To design and implement a capability development framework across the organization by leveraging Courseplay LMS and blended learning methods, ensuring alignment of training initiatives with Amrit Cement's business and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities


• Build an annual L&D roadmap and budget based on TNI from business units.


• Ensure training programs are aligned to productivity, quality, and leadership objectives.


• Drive digital learning culture using the Courseplay platform.


• Create, upload, and track e-learning modules on Courseplay.


• Coordinate LMS dashboards, user analytics, and completion reports.


• Liaise with the Courseplay support team for updates, content management, and troubleshooting.


• Launch competency-based training interventions and leadership programs.


• Evaluate effectiveness through feedback, assessment scores, and post-training performance.


• Generate monthly training MIS with Courseplay analytics (learning hours, completion %, engagement rate).


• Ensure 100% completion of compliance training (Safety, POSH, Ethics) and maintain digital records.

Required Competencies

Courseplay Proficiency (Mandatory)
: Admin-level expertise in dashboards, course assignment, content management, and learning analytics.

Strategic Learning Design:
Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Builds partnerships across corporate, sales, and plant functions.

Analytical Orientation:
Data-driven learning evaluation and ROI measurement.

Digital Learning Mindset:
Strong understanding of e-learning tools and blended methods.

Adapts and champions continuous learning culture.

Preferred Profile


• MBA/PGDM in HR, L&D, or Organizational Development


• Hands-on experience with Courseplay LMS (Admin dashboard, analytics, content upload)


• Exposure to competency mapping, digital learning tools, and evaluation frameworks
