With a strong presence in the foreign‑exchange and remittance space, the company emphasizes compliance, customer service, and operational integrity.

Tech‑Functional Operations

The positions are based at our Mumbai office to join our Forex Card Product Management Team. These roles will support our Foreign Exchange, Remittance, Treasury and Forex Card Management & Operations, working collaboratively across Compliance, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Risk, Dispute and teams to ensure Accuracy, Regulatory Adherence and process excellence.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, FEDAI, AML, KYC, CFT and PPI guidelines; conduct compliance audits; report STR/CTR; maintain policies; train teams on regulatory changes.

• Review, update and implement internal policies, procedures and controls.

• Monitor and report suspicious or unusual transactions; prepare regulatory submissions.

• Provide advisory support to business, operations and IT teams.

Reconciliation

• Perform daily reconciliations for Network, Bank, Processor, Branch, Cash, Forex Card, and remittance ledgers.

• Resolve discrepancies and unreconciled entries in a timely manner.

• Maintain reconciliation logs, dashboards, and control reports.

• Coordinate with Operations, Treasury, Accounting, and IT for resolution.

Dispute

• Handle and investigate disputes related to Forex Transactions, Card Operations, and Remittances (Includes Network, Bank, Processor, Branch ledgers).

• Maintain dispute logs; ensure SLA adherence and proper documentation.

• Recommend process improvements to reduce recurrence.

• Liaise with internal teams, banks, and regulators as required.

Treasury

• Manage daily cash and liquidity, Monitor FX exposures and hedging strategies, Tracking & Monitoring of NOSTRO Account.

• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory limits, and internal controls.

• Liaise with banks, remittance partners, and operations for settlements.

• Prepare liquidity and risk analysis reports for management.

Finance

• Prepare financial statements and ensure statutory Compliance.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.

• Provide management dashboards and financial analysis.

• Ensure reconciliation between ledgers and operational systems.

Tech‑Functional Operations

• Bridge business and IT functions to ensure system efficiency.

• Manage FX/remittance systems, integrations, and automation.

• Oversee UAT, production changes, and process optimizations.

• Ensure compliance with IT controls and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management, Law, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

• Post‑graduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CA/ICWA/ACCA, CFA, CISA, CAMS, NISM) is an advantage (as per fitment requirement of the role for candidates).

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the above functions within banking, foreign‑exchange, remittance, prepaid payments or financial services and Cards Domain.

• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, FEMA, PPI/prepaid instruments norms, and AD‑II framework.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate across functions.

• Familiarity with Compliance Monitoring Tools, Reconciliation Systems, Treasury Platforms, and Financial ERPs preferred (Knowledge of Network, Switch, Processor, TSP, Embosser etc. is preferred.
