Are you passionate about building strong quality systems and driving continuous improvement?

Were looking for an experienced QA / QC Leader (Manager Quality) to lead our quality management initiatives and ensure our operations consistently meet global standards and client expectations.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SOC 1, and SOC 2 standards
  • Drive SOC audit readiness and manage internal/external quality audits
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, IT, and Finance teams to embed quality practices across all functions
  • Track and report quality KPIs, process improvements, and audit outcomes to senior leadership
  • Promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across teams

What Youll Bring

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Management
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Management, preferably in service or tech-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of SOC 1 & SOC 2 frameworks with 3–4 years managing SOC audits
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications (any two):

  • Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (ASQ)
  • Six Sigma Certification (IASSC or ASQ)
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
  • Project Management Professional (PMI)
  • Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ)
