Job Overview:

We are seeking a
tech-savvy Back Office Executive
to support our messaging automation and backend communication systems. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with
WATI
,
Gupshup
, and
WhatsApp Business APIs
, and will be responsible for managing backend workflows, automation setup, and platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update chatbot flows, message templates, and automation in
    WATI
    and
    Gupshup
    platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain
    WhatsApp Business API
    integrations and troubleshoot delivery issues.
  • Handle backend operations and data management related to customer communication.
  • Work with technical and customer support teams to optimize messaging workflows.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of automation setups, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Maintain records, generate performance reports, and update documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding clients to messaging platforms and configuring initial setup.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a back office or technical support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    WATI
    ,
    Gupshup
    , and
    WhatsApp Business tools
    .
  • Understanding of
    APIs
    ,
    webhooks
    , and basic automation workflows.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple backend tasks.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM platform
