Job Location : Nungambakkam. Chennai.
Work type : ONSITE only.
Role Description :
The Hardware Sales Executive will help customers choose and buy computer parts and custom PCs by understanding their needs and explaining options in a simple way. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in computer hardware or tech, strong product knowledge, and good communication skills. You will give advice, support customers after sales, and work with the technical team to ensure a smooth buying experience. No sales targets—your growth depends on your contribution and customer service.
Passion for computers and keeping up with the latest tech is important.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers and find out what computer products they need.
- Help customers choose the right PC parts and upgrades.
- Explain options and give easy-to-understand advice on computers.
- No sales target—grow as you contribute.
- Only experienced candidates needed (at least 1 year in computer sales).
- Take care of customers after the sale and solve any issues.
- Keep learning about new computer parts and technology.
- Work with the technical team to make sure customers have a great experience.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computer parts, assembly, and troubleshooting.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in computers or tech.
- Strong skills in talking to customers and explaining things clearly.
- Able to help people who aren't familiar with computers.
- Passion for PC building, gaming hardware, and new technology trends.
- Knowledge on CCTV or Servers / NAS will be a bonus.
