JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced level of Senior Executive HR or HR Manager at the office. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, statutory and labour compliance, attendance and leave management, performance appraisals, and contract labour management. The role also involves coordination with statutory authorities and ensuring audit preparedness across sites and the factory.

-Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 month are preferred.

-Male candidate (Due to the role involving field work at the factory and project sites)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process.

· Manage Statutory Compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, and other labour laws.

· Ensure Labour Law Compliance for both factory and project sites.

· Process and maintain Attendance records accurately.

· Handle Leave Management as per company policy.

· Coordinate Statutory Inspections and HR Audits.

· Implement and monitor Performance Management System (Appraisals, Increments, etc.).

· Oversee Contract Labour Management and contractor compliance.

· Maintain proper documentation and reports for HR and compliance functions.

· Coordinate with government departments and labour authorities as needed.

· Support in preparing MIS reports related to HR and compliance.

EXPERIENCE:

· 3–7 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance

· Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labour law compliance

· Exposure to factory/ project site audits, inspections, and contract labour management.

QUALICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

· Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, Factory Act, BOCW, CLRA

· Experience in Payroll & Attendance processing

· Hands-on with HRMS tools & biometric systems

· Skilled in recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)

· Familiar with statutory audits & inspections

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Capable of handling employee files & compliance records

· Basic knowledge of appraisal systems (KPI, Increments)

· Strong communication & documentation skills

· Able to handle employee grievances & discipline

· Proficiency in the local Kannada language (spoken, read and written) is required.
