Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation & Management
  • Develop, plan, and post daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and graphics aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, or use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro to create visuals.
  • Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
  • Research latest social media trends, hashtags, and industry practices to stay ahead.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Build an active community by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, and ROI.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to content and campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute integrated digital campaigns.
  • Assist in planning paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles will be preferred.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per company needs).
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently, and manage deadlines.
