Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage High Net-Worth (HNI) and affluent clients for their wealth management and investment needs.
- Provide personalized investment advisory across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, insurance, and other financial products.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing or new opportunities.
- Cross-sell relevant products aligned with client goals and risk profile.
- Maintain long-term client relationships with consistent service and engagement.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/CFP/NISM preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and insurance products.
- Proven track record in managing HNI/retail client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ethical in approach.
