Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an 
Influencer Manager
. The Influencer Manager will play a pivotal role in building and
managing Kunwar's brand presence
across platforms by planning, organising, and
executing content strategies and brand collaborations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and helping the creator stay consistent with content delivery across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Managing the team of editors to ensure smooth execution of content pipelines.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with brands and agencies.
  • Analysing the performance of each video and developing strategies for upcoming content.
  • Assisting in the promotion and sales of Creator's online courses through social media and other digital platforms.
  • Representing Kunwar in professional communications and partnerships.
  • Overseeing overall workflow, ensuring deadlines and creative quality are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Influencer Management, Social Media Strategy, and Brand Collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content marketing, and online trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a creative team and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Understanding of Google / Facebook Ads is preferable.
  • Familiarity with CGI, VFX, or creative production is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
