Role Overview
The IT Cloud Sales Operations Executive enables and streamlines sales operations for cloud solutions and services. This position supports sales leadership, manages sales data and analytics, implements effective sales processes, handles CRM and pipeline management, facilitates sales forecasting, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive cloud business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Process management: Implement and manage the day-to-day sales processes, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Manage and optimize sales processes for cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS solutions, etc.)
- Data analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, create reports, and provide insights to the sales team for strategic planning Drive sales pipeline administration, reporting, and forecasting using CRM and business intelligence tools.
- Collect, analyze, and present key sales performance metrics; provide actionable insights for revenue growth.
- Maintain data hygiene in CRM systems; manage lead, contact, and opportunity management in Sales Cloud.
- Sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, managing proposals, and coordinating with other departments.
- Support sales enablement activities, training sessions, and technical onboarding for the sales organization.
- Assist with proposal preparation, deal desk support, commercial contract review, and pricing strategies.
- Drive improvements in productivity, automation, and the adoption of best practices within sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and organizational policies, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Technology and tools: Manage and optimize the use of the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other sales tools.
- Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or business coordination is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years' experience in sales operations, preferably within cloud services or IT industry.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or similar), data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity and technical knowledge with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications is highly valued.
- Experience supporting technology sales teams, preparing sales forecasts/reports, and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced setting, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with various teams.
- Experience in contract negotiation or deal desk support.
- Exposure to sales enablement platforms and analytics suites.
