Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Executive, located in Noida. The Sales and Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role involves managing booking requests, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Ability to work on-site and be a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
