Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive operations, issue management, and continuous improvement on our Merchant Platform. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmark industry peers to identify and adopt new products and functionalities.
- Design seamless user journeys to enhance merchant adoption of platform services.
- Act as the central coordinator with Zonal SPOCs to track and resolve platform issues.
- Lead fortnightly review calls with zonal teams and maintain an updated issue-resolution tracker.
- Manage UATs for new functionalities in collaboration with Zonal SPOCs.
- Monitor performance of existing platform functionalities and suggest improvements.
- Partner with L1 & L2 teams to ensure closure of recurring issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of Risk, Compliance, and Audit-related queries.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in product operations, platform management, or fintech preferred.
