Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and polished Corporate Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are properly set up
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies for the front desk and common areas
  • Assist with internal communications and scheduling company-wide meetings or events
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Office Administration is an asset
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
