Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-groomed Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations at our GK-2 location. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently while creating a positive first impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle all incoming calls, telecalling, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and daily logs.
- Coordinate with various departments for meetings and client interactions.
- Manage couriers, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area's appearance and ensure it reflects the company's image.
- Assist in admin tasks, scheduling, and basic office management.
- Handle inquiries about the company, services, and ongoing programs when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
- Pleasant, confident, and approachable personality with good grooming and etiquette.
- Strong telephone handling and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage time efficiently.
- Highly organized, punctual, and disciplined with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in front office, hospitality, education, or corporate roles preferred.
- Should have a professional demeanor and polished communication style at all times.
Work Details:
- Location: GK-2, New Delhi
- Role Type: Full-time (On-site)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
