About the Job:
We are looking for a smart and energetic Banking Associate to handle daily branch work and support customer service. The role includes basic operations and a little bit of sales, helping customers with their banking needs and promoting bank products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Help customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Maintain records and assist in daily branch operations.
- Complete KYC and other required documentation.
- Explain and promote bank products like savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Skills Needed:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (year of passing 2021 to 2025)
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
