- Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
- Provide information about financial products and services.
- Handle documentation and maintain accurate branch records.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
- Support day-to-day branch operations and reporting.
- Achieve assigned branch targets and service standards.

Skills Required
- Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.

- HS Pass or Graduation.
