**Job Summary**
Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Phone Banking & Branch Banking Executives in Purba Medinipur District, West Bengal. The role includes customer support over phone and assistance with branch banking operations. Freshers are welcome.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer calls, provide information, and resolve basic banking queries.
- Assist with branch services including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer details.
- Provide information on financial products and services.
- Ensure excellent customer service experience.
- Work with branch team to meet service and business targets.
Skills Required
- Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
- Strong customer service & problem-solving ability.
- Confidence to handle phone calls and in-person interactions.

- Minimum qualification: HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
