Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the branch.
- Support in account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and related banking activities.
- Provide accurate information about banking services and products.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain records and documentation properly.
- Achieve assigned service and business targets.
- Work as part of the branch team to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Required
- Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Team-oriented with a target-driven approach.

- Minimum: HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
